Books arrived yesterday. Packaging was excellent. The box was the perfect size, and the books were padded with crushed paper. Books individually wrapped to prevent dust jacket damage. Books are in excellent condition, even better than the VG+ rating given by the seller, IMHO. The shipping cost seemed high, but they are very heavy books. Would definitely use this seller again.

    The turning by Jennifer Armintrout

    BACK OF BOOK SAYS: I AM NO COWARD. I want to make that perfectly clear. but after my life turned into a horror movie, i take fear alot more seriously now. i finally became dr. carrie ames just 8 months ago. then i was attacked in the hospital morgue by a vampire. Just my Luck. So now i am a vampire and it turns out i have a blood tie to the monster who sired me. the tie works like an invisible leash and i'm bound to him no matter what i do. and of course he is one of the most evil vampires on earth. with my sire hell bent on turning me into a soulless killer and his sworn enemy set to exterminate me, things couldn't get much worse, except i'm attracted to them both. This is book one in a new series by Jennifer Armintrout. This book was a little easier to follow then the 2nd book ...

    Book One Of Blood Series: The Turning

    This book hooks you from the first page. Very rarely do you find a book that has blood and gore in the first chapter! The story is great and I found easy to follow. Although the main charters are vampires, Carrie is very easy to relate to. She fights with herself in pretty much everything she does. And dont get me wrong, what is a romance without the sex. Let me tell you this book is great for it. Some of it is a little sick for the stomach but all in all it is a great book. I know everyone that reads it will enjoy it!

    Blood Ties book 1 The Turning

    This books was excellent. With so many vampire books out there nowadays it's hard to find one that really grabs you, but this one did it for me. The "Evil" vampire was very cool. It reminded me of the Crimson trilogy by Trisha Baker. As an avid vampire book reader I would recommend this to anyone looking for a can't put down, stay up all night reading experience. Can't wait for more from this author. She is on my must buy list now.

    Very good read!

    I really enjoyed this book. It has great characters and a great plot. It's a little 'obvious' in some points but after you've read all the vamp books I've read...it's hard to not be. I do like the premise for the continuation of the series. I will read the next ones, because I can't not finish a series...I have to know how it all ends...lol! It's not a spicy as some of the vamp books I've read though. I guess that's not all bad...maybe there will be more spice in future reads...

    The Turning by Jennifer Armintrout

    I actually heard about this author from a friend at work. We share a love for vampire, paranormal type books. This book was excellent, I will be buying all of Jennifer Armintrout books on e-bay now! The story was very catchy & a quick read for me - just in 2 days - I couldn't seem to put it down.
