As described and seller performed well. However there was a glitch, seller inadvertently sent the wrong item to me and my item to someone else. Both buyers were inconvenienced, had to return the wrong item and wait almost two weeks for the right item to arrive. Its understandable, but not “5-star” service. A fifth star would have been for offering something for the inconvenience. Perhaps shipping overnight, a minor discount, a discount on a future purchase. Pretty much anything as a token.
