    Well-engineered version of this tech.

    One of the better versions of this technology, with energy supply roughly equal to an NiMH cell but at a steady 1.5v and quite a bit lighter. By making the charger mostly external, these have quite a bit more capacity than cells with on-board usb ports. The charger is quite fast, though you'll need your own 2-amp USB power source to charge four at once.

    excellent ! ... but...

    1.5 volts , noticeably stronger than older style rechargeables , only downside is power stays strong all the way then suddenly dies off , in a flashlight you'll be left in the dark so carry a spare battery or flashlight just in case.
