When contacted, Sweet Carolina Finds immediately agreed this was their mistake and offered refund, since they did not have the correct replacement. I received a shipping label and it was returned. When it was received back a full refund was given. In addition, I was offered 50%off anything in their store. Very pleased with Sweet Carolina Finds!
