Was advertised as fully unlocked but upon receiving it, it turned out to be locked to Verizon. Soooo I tried factory resetting it, no luck, I figured I'd take it into Verizon and see if they could unlock it. Verizon said I could unlock it (I don't know how), I asked what it is would take to just switch to Verizon service and how much. Turned out they could do it right there and would save me 5$/month. So ultimately positive, but inconvenient.
