One of the shoes was very damaged (the sole was cracked/split down the outer edge of the left shoe), which was not shown in the images or description. When I asked for a partial refund, they refused to pay even half of the quoted repair amount from my cobbler, offering instead to accept a return. When I reached out again and asked for the partial refund they were willing to provide, they did not respond, so I've paid full price, full shipping, and will now pay for repairs myself: awful.
