This is a very responsible seller. The mandolin was in New York in a week. It went into customs and never left. This was NOT the seller's fault. The post office said if its in customs they can't trace it, and the US Customs said they would not look for it without a postal trace. I explained this to the seller and they refunded my money with the understanding that if it ever materializes I will pay for it. It doesn't get any better since the seller is now out the instrument and payment.

Thanks for the comments. Yes. The parcel is now un-traceable and nither USPS nor EMS can do anything. We have now engaged with several new carriers to try to solve the problem. And we will keep improving our service.
