Item arrived in good condition, undamaged. The projector has been described in "used " condition but then the seller described it as "untested" therefore sold "as-is". Tricky, description, as the used items show wear but are fully functional. Not the case with this item. Cosmetically, it was in good condition but as functionality it was in "not working" condition . Otherwise, the seller was willing to work with me offering a partial refund. A good transaction overall. Recommended seller.
