Hi everyone I've been a fan of Digimon for a LONG time, in fact i've seen it from season 1 to 4 and loved it! I looked into this game cause i wondered hmm a Digimon game where your team fights for gold sounds fun! And I wasn't disappointed, it's a very fun addictive game and I love the fact you care for your friends like in the first Digimon game for PS1, however keeping track of when the tournament events happen is hard and you may miss them alot like I've been. But that means you can train more so not all bad. Compared to other Digimon games I have (Digimon world 3 and 4) I'd say this is just as good as 3 and deffinately better than 4. It may not have all the evolutions I'd like and you can't directly control what your teams do and sometimes the battles may feel like re-runs but it's ok ... Glorified tamagotchi, but its a fun way to kill time.
