Notice to eBay Buyers; Beware of this Seller. I purchase this item because I believed that the item that was listed as 13 Wide, would accommodate my proper size; it did not and this was not the seller's error but when I received the item and the item did not fit, I requested a refund because I have serious neurological issues with my feet: I have severe Neuropathy, but this did not at all matter. The seller flatly refused to accommodate me with a refund.

That is a flat lie by this customer. I offer free shipping and have a no refund policy. When this customer demanded a full refund and accusing me of misrepresenting the shoes I confirmed with the mfg that I did correctly list the item but I offered the customer the opportunity to return the shoes anyway but he would be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and my expense to get the accurately listed to him. He sent me a five message diatribe after which I closed the order.
