The seller was notified and the seller attempted to replace it by sending two mulching plugs. Neither fit the model,. The item ran well and seller had great communication and did try to locate a mulching plug for the model.

    Less trouble than a gas mower

    Obviously, there's no rope to pull, no gas to worry about, or smelly exhaust. But keeping up with the cord is a problem. Inevitably, I'll run over it. I wish the mulch bag was bigger. Fills up too quickly, though it is easy to empty.
