During the USPS tracking updates I can see how the postal service “lost” my phone for about a week, between post Office locations, before they finally shipped cut off label from the box. Days later packing slip arrived. But not the actual box or items. Luckily the seller properly tracked item, so hopefully USPS reimburses them. But seller took care of me.

    WELL ONE OF THE IPADS DID not reset to factory settings

    I bought two ipad minis. One of the two pads came with school software which cannot be removed and therefore cannot be reset to factory settings. This means it has limited functionality. But the other one reset to factory standards without any problem.
