Item was described as BRAND NEW but was clearly used and dirty along the seams. I sent photos to the seller, seller insisted I pay to ship item back for return and would not reimburse return shipping — so I would have to pay money toward an item that was incorrectly described by the seller and sent to me dirty and unusable as a gift.
