Then they sent the replacement and that took another two weeks. Since they messed up the problem, they should have offered faster shipping or something. Customer service was ok, just slow.

They treated me very well, never mistreated me, gave me a free return label, and refunded me in full. I'm in another country; importing it would have caused me a lot of losses.
