The seller offered a price I could not turn down. It arrived in very good condition as advertised, & that's significant considering it's as old as I am. Once I cleaned its cover up and flattened out its few creased pages, it mostly looks great inside and out. There was particularly bad page gilding damage on the one side that was not shown in the photos, but the great price made up for the imperfection.
Another big plus was the prompt shipping response & how it arrived sooner than expected too.
