Excellent seller. The dinner plates and bowls arrived in perfect condition except for one large plate. The packing was EXCELLENT but the carrier was certainly at vault. The box was badly damaged. I informed the seller and they responded immediately and offered to replace the broken plate. It just arrived today in a damaged box, but once again due to the sellers EXCELLENT packaging the plate was perfect. I highly recommend this seller who cares about the customer and put things right.
