Item was not as described. The shoes are visibly NOT NEW. Yes they are without box or tags. Packing was poor at best. The shipping was high but I was of the understanding that the item WAS NEW and was willing to accept the higher shipping cost. Won't ship back as I'll still be out more money and it's not worth the effort.
