This box contained no pennies dated before 1982. i.e. no copper cents. Seller did a partial refund, total paid less FV, $25. Thanks! Given that these coins came from bank, as listing states and unsearched, my question to all Ebayers involved with coins is: Why is String et al removing all the copper cents from pennies returned by banks to be rolled, boxed and sold back to the banks?What do they know that we don't?
