The order was processed promptly and dispached from Yokohama.Postage was included in the purchase price.The parcel arrived 10 days after my initial order,thats 10 days better than original estimated delivery date.the amplifier arrived well packed with cling film and bubble wrap,all packed in a fitting carton which was well labled.The carrier wasDHL and their communication was excellent.The amp is working well
