    Good Budget Camera

    I bought the FinePix J250 to replace a non working 5mp polaroid shooter that i got three years ago. The things i like about this camera are: the huge 5x optical focus, that the usb cable is a standard mini B and that it comes with rechargeable batteries. It's also a very stylish camera and looks really good. There are two things i don like about it, first my old camera could be used as a Web cam or a USB mass storage, the J250 is recognized as a standard camera and it would be nice to have a choice on that matter. The other issue i have is that the camera software is rather on the slow part, it take a couple of seconds to the camera to focus an object or a face and to adjust to the appropriate scene mode. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and if all you want is a simple camera that ...

    Fujifilm cameras are great.

    This is my third J-series Fujifilm. Previous ones I had were the J10, then the J100, now I have the J250. Not too big of an upgrade from the J100, that I still own. I am not a professional photographer and this works great for me. I get alot of compliments on my pictures, in comparison to alot of other cameras. I like the fact that these cameras come with their own rechargeable battery. Also the camera is very lightweight and easy to use.

    Awsome, best I ever used!

    I am very pleased with this camera as an upgrade from my old Finepix J10. The best thing is its image stabilization, with the J10 you could not take pictures in low light without a flash which in my line of security work is nessessary sometimes. With the J250 I have no problem and when zooming in on this kind of picture you can see very fine detail from very far away. There are some things I have yet to figure out but so far I have had nothing but complete satisfaction with this. A deffinate buy and worth a couple extra $'s though I got mine through Beachcameras on ebay for only $144 new in box and very fast shipping.

    Excellent camera!

    Excellent camera. Easy to use and takes great pictures! The video capability is a good plus. It does not use regular AA or AAA batteries but its battery holds charge for a long time.
