The seller was fine, the product excellent quality as described but lacked a feature I like. With ostomy bags there are many sizes, shapes and features. Though the shape was good it was lacking a feature of transparency around the ostomy so correctly placing the bag was very difficult because of visual obstruction, resulting in a not good placement and skin irritation. My Mom used this exact model for over 10 years! Never needed to change to another model due to this cut to fit pouch. It was disposed of once or twice a day and that made it very convenient and sanitary. Closed-End was comfortable. The filter actually works to minimized ballooning, and was not smelly.
