This was a perfec transaction. The seller describe a T shirt that fit exactly what I was looking for. It was the USS Virginia, commissioned in 2004. The first in its class. He knew of its value (not monetary) to those who helped design, build and test it and he wore it at the comissioning. I think it was kind of of the seller to pass it along with a note to someone who would apreaciate it.
