    item received did not include antenna adapter, seller said they would try to help me but stopped communicating. I ordered replacement antenna from manufacturer & when I received that I plugged in & tested the transmitter & found that it is defective & you cannot adjust frequencies. I contacted seller asking to exchange defective item or send back for refund but seller ignored me & instead refused to do anything. I provided videos at every step of the process & was nice. DISHONEST SELL

    Can't sit flush on a glass or screen surface

    The fluorescent bulb is too long for the enclosure. If you were to sit this flush on a glass surface the bulb would break. On a screen enclosure it would melt the screen as it would touch it. If the bulb was a inch shorter it would be perfect. I bought this because it was a kit and included the bulbs. Now I have to buy a shorter bulb to make it work right as I need it sitting flush on a screen surface.
