Box was open with no packing not securely taped or packaged. Ring gear bolts were missing which normally come with Auburn units (we have plenty to cover that ) the additive made it. Handy Tire Change Solution
Love the Trailer Aid Tire Changing Ramp for its many uses & quality; my new one is just like my old one that I had for 15-20yrs. Handy to change trailer tires (safer than jacks), chock tires, function as a block under the tounge, or a mini ramp for my car. Hooks on trailer wall with the holes in the ramp. Handy!

Avoid a Jack!
If you ever jacked up a trailer on the side of an interstate, you would definitely see the benefit of this item. Keep it in the storage locker of my boat all the time!!!

Works Perfectly
I bought this ramp and "hoped" that I would NEVER need it, but that was not to be. I had my car inside of my enclosed trailer, going up the interstate highway when I saw in my right side mirror, a tire sidewall flopping around. I pulled over onto the shoulder of the interstate, got out and looked, and sure enough the rear tire had blown out. I pulled out the ramp, got in the truck, and pulled forward about 18", until I felt the front tire craddled into the dip of the ramp. I went back to the blown out tire, and swapped it with my spare, and in 10 minutes, I was back on the road. This was so much safer and better than trying to dig out my truck jack along side of the interstate. After I changed the tire to my spare, I simply backed the trailer off of the ramp, loaded the ramp back in ... I bought this ramp and "hoped" that I would NEVER need it, but that was not to be. Not worth the time and money, does not work
Tried this out after I got it, did not work. Fully loaded 7,000lb trailer did not lift enough to clear second tire. Flat surface, not enough room to clear. On rough surface gravel road forget even trying. So if you have to try and change a tire better find you a perfect flat spot on pavement. Design wise it should have more height. If your by yourself, good luck spotting that thing before you roll over it. In the end I did bolt a 2x6 to the bottom to get the extra height.
