I paid the price plus the shipping plus the exchange. Then went to pick up my purchase there was an additional cost or they wouldn’t release my item. I was not informed about this cost. I reported the seller who agreed with me that it should have given me that was charged. She was upset about it as well.
I was very happy with my purchase but this was not acceptable with the seller and me. I feel this charge should be refunded. Pls

This buyer was happy with her item and with myself and my service. It was shipped to Canada from the USA and I believe the extra charges she paid were a tariff fee issued by Canada. I did not receive any extra money on this transaction. The buyer told me she thought she was leaving the feedback for ebay, not for me. In fact, I pay ebay high seller fees as all ebay sellers are aware of for selling her the item. This negative feedback will also cost me money so I am unhappy as well.
