Picture was packaged poorly and came completely destroyed. It was framed with glass and packaged with just cardboard. No newspaper, No bubble wrap, nothing to secure the picture. Communication was ok and I was also refunded but less than what I paid when asking for the full amount. I wouldn't recommend buying anything fragile from this seller.

The buyer AGREED to a partial refund, hoping to get the item repaired or reframed. We've shipped hundreds of similar items, and almost never have a problem unless the carrier is very rough, which unfortunately can't be prevented. We pack well, and the positive results can be seen in our excellent feedback.
