    Love this book !!

    So many great recipes. This book is also giving me many ideas to make up my own meals. I would have never spiralized broccoli or sweet potatoes before reading this. I have made zucchini and sweet potato noodles mixed with chicken pieces, onion and chopped carrot with soy sauce. I use my spiralizer almost every day. Also crisp fry sweet potato noodles to top my hamburger, so good. I'm eating much more vegetables than before so that's worth the cost of the book many times over.

    Ingenious. Make veggie noodles and veggie rice into tasty, healthy meals.

    This is an absolutely amazing book. The author has truly invented meals that are not only tasty, but healthy and are very appealing to the eye. I would normally ignore the preface and skip to the recipes. But this book takes a different approach ... all worth reading before preparing a meal. For example, she explains how to start with spiral veggies in the form of noodles, and transform them into rice by using the food processor. Ingenious. Worth the price for the advice.
