The crystal in photo shows good quality sky blue, the crystal i received is almost clear and of poorer quality. I spent around $350 all up on 7 items all with the same poor quality issues and was offered $30 Aud discount as a resolution. I will not purchase from this seller again.

The Buyer was offered a full refund, to which he is not responding, also in addition buyer was given free gifts & the shipping was also upgraded to express shipping free of cost. we do care about our buyers although if they do not respond to our messages that kinda makes it impossible for us to sort out these kind of issues.
