This Coach bag was just as described and matches the pictures provided. Shipping was a little steep due to the fact it was just stuffed into a mailer. I would consider buying from again with a conversation about the shipping.

Item arrived well packaged. Honestly it looks in better condition in person than it did in photos! Seller was very upfront about the flaws. It did take awhile to ship but arrived in a few days once shipped!

Overall a positive experience, however it took 11 days after buying the item for the shipping label to be created; one day before the end of the initial delivery window. The item is as described, but with the time it took to ship, I'm not sure I'd purchase from this seller again. Again, it was an overall positive experience, but could have been better. I'd still recommend the seller since the item is as described and in great condition, but be aware of the delay in shipping.
