Happy to find discontinued towel bar. Came new as described within partially squashed original item package (probably damaged in shipping). Only improvement would have been to enclose in outer shipping box to prevent possible damage to metal bar. With shipping costs was about the same as original retail a few years ago. Still, best price I found so I was ok with that. Took 10 days to arrive from order but not seller's fault. Would order again from this seller as long as I had a bit of lead time.
