There was a scrap piece of jewelry advertised as 18k gold, but tested as silver after it was purchased and received. I informed this seller and they said they would refund if I would send back the entire scrap lot, but I had already meted the 14k scrap which had tested good. The seller said they would not do a partial refund for the bogus 18k gold that was mis advertised. Beware of this seller. They must not do accurate testing on their jewelry before they sell.

Buyer was told that I do not accept partial refunds and then threatened me by stating that they would leave negative feedback if I didn't do a partial refund. They wanted $65 for one item when they paid $150 for the entire lot!
