This seller tried to charge $10 for shipping while the actual cost is only $0.6 and the item is $4. Totally nonsense! Finally he agreed to cancel the order but never did it. End up with non-stopping payment notices. Should never do business with such a seller.

You the buyer nonsense! The shipping charge is listed on the listing before you entered the bid, you just don't honor payment! No Ebayer expects the shipping cost to be $0.60 as you expected simply non-sense! Sellers use eBay shipping system to ensure items with tracking to ensure its safe arrival. The eBay shipping charge is high!!
