Came on time and was what I expected, sort of...Advertised as fitting spinning rods, and would barely fit over my less expensive Ugly Stiks, but not over the first guide from the reel on my Penns. All rods were paired with 2500 to 3000 reels, so none had expecially big spinning guides. Definitely would not recommend for spinning rods..
