I have contacted the seller the response:She does not do returns sorry I am dissatisfied . She listed them as New and they look used, no tags , scuffed, and look worn on the front flap. I did tell her they were very small for the size they are listed for. I would never purchase from her again and I suggest she describes merchandise with transparency.

Item was as described new in box suede booties they are shoes and do not come with a tag attached pictures show all aspects of booties. I understand size issues. Buyer offered low price and was accepted but Buyer was uncooperative and refused to send item back demanded refund with no return. I’m uncertain how many times this has occurred and gotten away with I provide tons of pictures with ample detail in description. Very disappointed we could not work it out.
