I paid for 12 items. Seller lost 2 items. Asked if I still wanted the remaining 10, I said no. Seller didn’t know how to refund. Waited a day. To make it easier, I told seller to just ship them. I would be out the two I had already paid for. Communication was great. Seller never apologized.
