Seller took 6 weeks to ship, obviously ordered from China then awaited shipping via slow cheap means and then reshipped to me after receiving. Then sent me only the holder without the shears. Seller then refused to rectify the situation and forced me to go through ebay to contest the situation. Recommend you do not use this seller... EVER!
