The item did not work and I arranged to ship the item back to the seller. He was not home and the item was left at a UPS dropoff point (a Michaels store). When the seller did not issue a refund, I called the dropoff point. The item was still there. I asked the seller to pick up the item. He answered me a week later and said that item was not at the dropoff point. I called the dropoff point and the item was still there. I asked the seller again to pick up the item and issue me a refund

I thought this item was received, but today I discovered from the UPS tracker that UPS delivered it to the wrong address. The seller never received it. I will be filing a claim with the UPS. The seller is fine and I am sorry for the initial negative rating.
