    Superb ebayer offering a service really not available elsewhere. Communication was excellent and the seller went far beyond the ordinary to deliver five star service. In addition to repairing the item, the seller replaced a part at no additional cost (which had nothing to do with the original service) in order to return the item in like new condition. If not for seller, would have had to scrap a $400 hair dryer. Very impressed and highly, highly recommend.

    Amazing! Called Dyson about my hairdryer that stopped working. They recommended a “preferred” repair shop near me and the guy was useless. He asked a couple of questions and said I need a new motor,which costs $300. I saw this posting and thought it would be a good idea to have it fixed. I was a bit weary, but after seeing positive reviews, it was well worth it. Just know that you will need to send your unit at your expense, and seller ships back for free. Highly recommended. Board was issue.

    Decided to send our dryer based on positive reviews. Shipped on Wednesday from Kansas to Florida. Had it back today… repaired and returned in less than a week! The seller is very communicative and advised us the problem and the repair. No more burning smell. Time will tell how well the repair holds up, but for now I’m 100% satisfied and blown away by how fast and efficient this whole process was! Good alternative to a new $400+ dryer.
