This rating might have been a neutral one as the lack of communication and potential interaction was not good. However, I do think this seller is trustworthy and I would buy from them again. I bought an i5 PC that had a little confusion in the description about an i7 and the seller quickly agreed to send an i7 instead of an i5. Unfortunately, the wireless/bluetooth adapter didn't make the trip. Seller did quickly offer to take unit back but never responded to me getting a card, I kept the PC.
