He announced the part **perfect condition** within 3 weeks from the time that I got the item only 1 time he responded to my email he said to throw the item and promised me to give me the money back.I asked him to send it back to him , he said he doesn't want to spend money for the shipping. since that date ,. I sent hime over 10 messages for my refund and he never respond to me
