    The levels had tarnished areas on unpainted machined aluminum surfaces the level sits on. They also had an old funny odor from the box they were shipped in. When the items did not arrive at the estimated delivery date Feb 15 I gave it more time and finally contacted the seller on Feb 24. He felt he did his part in shipping the item and now it was my problem and will need to file a request form for a refund through Ebay. The seller is responsible for the item getting to the buyer.
