Seller was very nice & responsive in answering questions prior to purchase. Item arrived quickly but was not inside an outer box with protective packing materials. It was in it's retail box & simply wrapped like a gift in a piece of paper. It ended up being broken unfortunately. I reached out to seller & he was very apologetic & gave me a $5 credit which I appreciated. I would probably give this seller another chance as he said he would reconsider how he packaged items like this in the future.
