    Scary Movie

    Kevin Williamson brought back the slasher genre from the dead when he wrote this movie. As a result, the slasher genre got a badly needed reboot. After all, the characters in this film are smart and witty. They're savvy when it comes to clichés. They have personalities and back stories. What's more, sympathy is supposed to be with the people being targeted by the slasher and not the slasher himself. Highly worth watching even if it's only to witness nostalgia for the late 1990's in 111 minutes.

    Superb cult classic. Collector's Item for any Scream fan.

    the most iconic horror film of the 90s that brought back the genre and director wes craven. written by kevin williamson, this movie represents the reinvention of horror movies and its cinematic experience and became a cult classic and a unique trilogy with classic elements mixed with a new generation of creative forces in moviemaking. nevermind the aftermath of them all, thsi movie will go on in history as a masterpiece. Scream was released in 1997 with 4 different covers for collectors, that Neve Capmbell, Courteney Cox, Drew Barrymore and Entire Cast's covers. This one was Drew Barrymore's, apparently the easiest to find - I still have to get hold of Neve's. Came with an open shrinkwrap and is in great condition.
