Shipping takes forever and poor communication. Item was sent past the handling time stated and tracking number was created only when I asked about the tracking info. No movement on the tracking number and it was stucked with "tracking number created" for 4 days but magically updated after I filed a dispute about not receiving the item until now.

Item appeared to have been scanned at a later hub and we had a handful of packages that unfortunately that also resulted in being scanned at the next hub. This was communicated to the buyer as we also had a 4 day shipping & handling period when this purchase was made.
