The item purchased, a mug, was potentially fragile but the seller packaged it extremely well. Three different sets of bubble wrap, one in the mug, one around the handle area, and another around the entire thing, and then placed in a perfectly sized box so it was snug and didn't jiggle. It was sent USPS, and USPS got it to me via a long and illogical route, but thanks to the shippers packing care, it arrived in perfect condition. As well, the item was exactly as described. 5 Stars
