This item was exactly as described and is in excellent condition for its apparent age. It arrived with the envelope poorly sealed and the item could eaasily have been lost out of the envelope. Tis may have occured when porcessed through Customs on entering Canada, but I have never received a package trough Customs that has been sealed with brown packing tape. Shipping time and costs were good considering it came from the eastern U.S. to western Cnada.
