A quick message to the selling to explain, and fast enough they responded rectifying the mistake. Sending out what was missing, and asking me to donate the other book. (I’ve read it before anyway) Brilliant customer service, regardless. Thank you

The seller provided a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number which didn't update beyond the fact it had been created and that Royal Mail were awaiting my parcel. My 5 stars is due to the fact that the seller was very prompt in responding to my messages, and when I requested a refund after 7 days - having given up and bought the book elsewhere - I was given a full refund immediately. Stuff happens. I don't know where my parcel is, but the seller dealt with it :)
