Great Home Cinema Projector
This thing is fantastic! Picture is great and setup was a breeze. Fans are a little noisy and it does emit quite a bit of heat, but it's not a deal killer by far.

REAL TALK - It really is the best cost affordable, native 1080P projector you can get. Its 3LCD tech, so no rainbows with color wheel projectors costing the same and more. As far as over $1000 projectors, I don't see thousands of dollars of increased value on screen when it comes to HD sports, tv and gaming, not at all. If it wasn't native 1080P (no stretching/altering the video content, making the picture look soft and akin to obvious air-brushed photos) then absolutely it wouldn't be ok, for anyone wondering if this author is all good with old-school, pre-HD1080P quality. It's either this, or models at the very least like the Epson 5050UB (ultra-black) series that cost $2800 at the time of this review (winter 2020). That model and others more expensive, will get you those black tones or ... REAL TALK - It really is the best cost affordable, native 1080P projector you can get. Also, if you combine the Epson 2100 series with a grey/special screen, it narrows the gap between tv quality and projectors much more, and it will take a "special" opinion to complain about the dark levels on such a massive screen. You won't find yourself saying the size ain't worth it, I'll go back to a tv that's 1/2 or smaller than this. That is, if you're properly using at least a 100' inch screen. I go with at least a 120'. That's 10 feet across, more than enough to drive a car through. That's a home theatre. That's the experience you get with only hundreds of dollars, not thousands, with the Epson 2100 projector. Oh, and if you're thinking about the Epson2150, use the difference in cost to instead get that grey projector screen (it will do more than the listed, increased contrast ratio for contrast) along with an additional, proper bulb.
