Pros: The seller was quick to respond, shipping and packaging were good. Cons: While none of the threads in the cardigan were severed (as assured by the seller), there were several more (and significantly worse) pulls than the photos or listing indicated and the shoulder area was more worn than I anticipated. The cardigan is still wearable but won’t last as long as I’d hoped. It arrived when I was too busy to write the seller (my fault), and I don’t think the seller should be blamed for that.
