I purchased a book and the item did not come as described. I contacted the seller and explained the problem. The seller did a wonderful job at correcting the problem and responded very quickly to solve the issue. It was an honest mistake on the seller. Although the description was not correct I do not want to give the seller a bad rating due to the quickness at responding to the problem and give a solution. So I'm giving a 4 out of 5.
